Cobb), and you may good scuffling actress (Evelyn Keyes) whose brother (Nina Foch) has worked in the local casino and dated a good corrupt detective (Jim Bannon). It is generally a point of enjoying Mr. Powell experience their paces smartly whenever you are a big shed from stars and you will performers promote your conventional assistance. Evelyn Keyes performs the favorable little woman which brings about the new finest in your and you can Ellen Drew is the easy and you may slinky vixen which becomes your on jams. Thomas Gomez are greasy due to the fact villain and you will Lee J. Cobb do a special ready tour since the a tired police inspector exactly who finally shuts happening. A great amount of consuming and you can smoking is performed because of the every alarmed.” [ several ]
